Why are my medical appointments almost always with a nurse practitioner? Haven't seen actual dr for years except when I broke my hip. NP's, in my experience, tend to prefer writing prescriptions, not seeking cure

Everyone there are very respectful and willing to help you anyway they can. Doctor Kay has always helped me with any problems that I was having. She listens to you and answers all the questions you have and then tells you what needs to be done about the problem you are having. She never tries to hurry you up to get you out of there. She and everyone there are very professional at the jobs that they do.

I really appreciated the time my provider spent with me- answering questions & explaining things to me.

I love this office you never have to wait they call you in on time. You don’t even have to sit in the room until the doctor comes in. They know you by name they are all respectful. when the doctor comes in, she listens to you I would highly recommend Doctor Kao

Everytime i have an appointment with my provider i dont want to spell her name wrong lol she is excellent she always listens to any concerns i have and always ask how i am doing and how i am handling everything i have going on and tries to help me best she can and if she dont know she looks for answers and the nurses are excellent also

Dr. Kay She is very good Dr. She listed to your need of what’s going on with your health. She will give you her hold heart advice in helping you. She always tell me I need her please call office. Excellent and nurse aide assistance very nice as well

Dr "K" was very informative is discussing my treatment and what to expect. Listens well and explains in a way that is easy to understand. Never felt rushed and no question left unanswered. I am lucky to have such a wonderful person taking care of my needs.

My overall experience since i've been coming to dr o'tool and Dr k Has been excellent.. I usually see doctor Kaye most of the time and she is extremely courteous carand always willing to listen to my problems. And not treat me as just a number. I can't imagine if I had to go somewhere else. I just love those 2 doctors because they treat you as a patient and a friend. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that had problems.

NP Kao lacks empathy and needs to see patients as human beings. So transactional. She is clearly overwhelmed with the workload- that’s a very busy practice. I will be switching.

Kao Ly, the nurses and front office staff, treat you with utmost respect and curtacy all giving you the feeling of empathy. Since my diagnosis has to be treated with opiads, I find a lot of people tend to label you as an addict, NOT so in this office. Everyone is working to maximize your care. This office is one that I would recommend to anyone who has a chronic pain issue. They are top knotch. Thank you all for the work you do.
