Dr Vandermolen and staff were kind, answered all my questions, and were very patient.

my Doctor is amazing. takes time to listen to my concerns and takes time to explain things to me. he makes me feel very comfortable and he makes me feel like he cares about my health concerns.

The dr and nurses seem to be very knowledgable and very courtious. Very happy with the entire experience. Thank you.

It's frustrating not being able to schedule a follow up appointment. You have to wait 4 to 5 months to do so and then you just have to take what's available.

Dr. Vandermolen took the time to discuss everything with me. He is a very good doctor; I will recommend him!

The entire staff who saw me were friendly and made me fee like they genuinely care. I really like Dr. Vandermolen and feel like he cares about me as a person as well as a patient. Each time I see him I feel he is focused on my care and takes time to answer all my questions as well as encourages my input in treatment options. I especially like that he takes whatever time is required to work with me and I never feel like he is rushed to get to his next patient.

My wait time was less than 5 minutes which is outstanding. The doctor answered all my questions and provided me with a summary of my heart condition. He told me to email him on My chart if I have any problems or questions with my heart health. I am very happy with my heart doctor.

I really like Dr Vandermolen! He is very professional & friendly.It had been 15 months since my first visit with him but he remembered several issues we discussed in that first visit! He is very personable & easy to talk to, & he is a good listener!

My visit with Dr Vandermolen was very thorough. He reviewed my medical record and asked pertinent questions regarding the cardiovascular problem I had encountered over the past week. Our discussion for future treatment and the need for testing was explained in an easy to understand manner.

Extremely thorough provider. My experience and care was excellent. The medical assistant, Shilah (?) was very pleasant, personable and provided great care and attention.

Dr. Vandermolen was amazing. He listened carefully and has a plan of action for my care. I wish I could say the same of the nurse who brought me back to the exam room in preparation for Dr. Vandermolen. She was so unfriendly. A little courtesy and kindness goes a long way when dealing with patients and people in general and she missed the mark completely.

The most important part to me is how fast they get my appointments for the rest of my test .I consider this a very great place and they take your health seriously and work as fast as they can to get referrals and to get test done .Thanks to the nurses and doctors and the whole team for actually caring and showing they care ??

My experience with the visit was good. But the log in to my chart is the worst I've ever tried to do. The screen locks up and takes forever to go to the next page. The phone system is no better. Absolutely garbage.

In my appointment confirmation parking information about the "257 building" would have been helpful. (The front door of the building is locked and the rear door is actually the front of the building) Also neither my text and/or written confirmations listed Dr Justin Vandermolen as my care provider. Lastly, this was my initial appointment with a cardiologist following a very recent heart attack in another state/hospital system. It would have been helpful if a release of information document would have been sent to me and then the health care system that treated me, so my medical records would have been read prior to my visit.

The nurse that brought me to the back before my appointment didn't log the correct weight or did she correct my medication list. She just looked at them but never updated them. Most of them are still wrong. Very disappointed in her. The Dr. Was the best. Very caring and through. Grateful to have this provider.

Not what I expected. It was more a general checkup and not the vascular procedure I was lead to believe.

Doctor listened and spent more than ample time discussing my issues and treatment options were discussed openly.

I am a very nervous patient type! Dr vandermolen picked up on this and was extremely reassuring and thorough going into the great detail I needed to explain my medical situation and needs. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Dr fenderman is and how we was able to explain things to me in a way that I would understood them, and he made very sure that he had answered my questions thoroughly which he always did. Dr. Justin was everything I hoped for in this visit. He addressed so many scary factors going on at present with my health. Tests are being scheduled to achieve much needed answers, look forward to continuing with him and hope for the very best where my heart is concerned.
