I am board-certified in hematology and oncology and have been practicing in the Lake Norman area since 2000. I am a past president of the Community Oncology Alliance, an organization dedicated to community cancer care.

We are in an era of extraordinary innovation and progress in oncology, and I am fortunate to care for patients during this time. I have a deep interest in healthcare policy as a way to ensure patients have the best options available and can benefit from scientific advances.

I have published multiple articles related to oncology health policy and cost of care. Twice I have appeared on The Oncology Show on Sirius XM's Doctor Radio channel. I also have provided briefings on oncology health policy for congressional staff on Capitol Hill.

I love the Lake Norman community and realize how fortunate I have been to raise my family here. My interests include travel, photography and spending time with my wife, Khanh, and two daughters, Samantha and Alexandra.
