I was very pleased with my care during my first visit at Doctor Duncan's office from the moment I was greeted at the front desk, through the care I received from the nurse to my visit with Dr. Duncan. I was assured by his nurse that he was a wonderful doctor and excellent surgeon, and after my appointment with him, felt she had good reason to say this. His explanations of my condition and the procedure he would perform were very clear, and he answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had.

It had never met Dr Duncan before but he put me right at ease. I’m going to have a valve replacement, which is a scary thing to me, but he really made me feel more relaxed about the whole situation. He has a great bedside manner and I trust him with my life. I appreciate him so much , I know he’ll take good care of me.
