Mrs Moore is a great DR

This was my first time seeing an endocrinologist. Throughout my visit I was with respect and kindness. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional and thorough.

I arrived early and was seen early. Both Dr. Moore and her nurse were friendly and efficient. It was an excellent visit.

Dr. Moore was excellent. She was thorough and caught a mistake made by another professional. Someone transposed measurements into MyChart incorrectly causing me a great deal of stress. Noone addressed my question or concern for the result and was recommend to see an endocrinologist. Despite having to wait more than 2 months for an available apt. with Dr. Moore, I was relieved when she told me there was a mistake and all was good. However it did make my visit unnecessary. My confidence with Dr. Moore is held with high regard. But my faith in the overall Novant Health system is not positive and would not refer anyone to Novant overall.

As a senior citizen I was treated like a person not an old lady. All my questions were answered carefully that I was able to comprehend everything. A very pleasant visit.?

Dr. Moore is great. Moore and her PA always remember me when I come in. We have a genuine chat about some personal stuff. Also, the nurses and other staff that are there I was courteous fun and just really sweet.

All the staff are always very courteous and kind. All the doctors and PAs are great. They listen to your needs and answer any questions that I may have very good experience every time I go. Then going to Novant for years and will continue.

This was my 1st appt. Ms. Moore listened to my health issues & my despair that I've been trying to get well for over 10 yrs but have gotten little help from other doctors except for my family doctor. Ms. Moore seemed genuinely concerned. I do wish I would have known more questions to ask & I'm sure i left things out. She lists tests results quickly with messages which is great to know once u left the office she still remembered you. I'm hoping for my miracle.
