I was impressed that Dr Ross had read all the past notes, reports about my problems and that I didnt have to start over in telling him my problems

First time seeing this Doctor. He was very polite and informative, made you very comfortable

Dr Ross was very thorough in explaining everything that would and could happen during my upcoming surgery.

He was above and beyond informative, kind and confident, patiently assessed my health re future planning/care. He communicated each aspect clearly. I am grateful for his input and time. He shows he cares for his patients and wants the best outcome.

I had a list of questions and He answered them all before I had to ask. The only thing I didn't think to ask was how long after surgery do I need to wait before I should drive. And he didn't say. But I felt he really cared and he was very informative.
