He always explains not just what but why something is what it is and gives me options to consider. He spends time explaining what I can do and what he can do. And everyone there, from the front door to the exit door is just as helpful and friendly.

I was well-pleased with everything done for my appointment. Dr. Kipreos, & the nurses were great. I have highly recommended this facility to my friends. Everyone takes their job seriously. My health is their best interest. The only thing, I have to complain, is my chart says I have been logged out, & I don't know why. I find that really helpful to be able to go to the computer to check on my lab work. If this could be corrected, I would be so happy. I can't pull up any passed records, get emails from you all, but not lab work. Please try to fix this, & I will be happy.
