Always a pleasure to go to the dr. All staff are friendly, polite and kind. All went smoothly from checkin to checkout. Dr very knowlegable about anything I ask. When I send a question or concern thru Novant app, it is answered quickly.

Dr Ott was very professional and answered and explained all questions that I had. The nurse that saw me before Dr Ott came in was very good . She did not rush and took her time reading my blood pressure. Some times I feel the nurses do not try to listen long enough to get the reading.

I am really grateful. I work a lot in an environment that is sometimes primitive.
