Dr Shukla was extremely rude, wouldn’t listen to my needs and would make comments in regards whether I would be able to afford my medication. Any time I would ask him a question he would make me feel guilty about my disability and would argue back and forth with me. I will NEVER see this provider ever again, and if I need to switch to Atrium I will.

I’ve never greeted with anything less than a smile and a courteous reception, however the same doesn’t apply to all Novant health practitioners. I liked not having a crowd of people in the waiting room. Also everything they performed on me was done in the same room. I like how the Doctor showed concern about my personal life and asking about each one of my children and my grand children.
