Great staff and physician

Excellent care from start to finish. Kind, relatable, knowledgeable, and even fun! I’m new to the practice and feel like I’ve found my medical team.

Office staff and nurses are extremely helpful and friendly. Front desk associate is always helpful and goes out of her way to assist. I experienced this during a phone call a few months ago. All nurses are great but particularly Angie! Dr Bissette is very personable and shows true concern for my health.

Dr. Bissett has been my primary care physicians for many years as well as for my husband and my mom. His office location has moved several times and our family continues to follow him. With each location his staff has been very professional, efficient, courteous and most helpful on the phone and in person. They worked me in without an appointment. I walked in thinking I had made an appointment, they teamed up and git me in early. Thanks to the entire staff.

On time and very efficient. Blood work results very fast as well as the doctor review and his comments. Charts and graphs on blood work is very helpful.

There were a couple concerns I wanted to cover that I had relayed to the nurse. One item was covered but the other was not. Partly that was on me for forgetting to bring it up but part was feeling rushed.

I have being going to that particular physical (Dr. S. Bissett) for years. He always take the time to listen and to hear you. He is a very compassionate and a professional doctor/person. He is out of my network but because of how he values me as an individual and not a number as well as the courteous service and kind of care that I receive from him, the office staff and medical team (nurses, lab, etc.), I will continue my medical care there and will pay out of pocket.
