Excellent communication, friendliness, and professionalism from all of the staff. Concerns were carefully listened to and addressed by Dr. Clancy. Very impressed with our first visit here.

Definitely an amazing experience with the dr and staff. I am always pleasantly surprised by the care we get with novant. The provider and her medical assistant reassured us every step of the way! Superbly executed.

I love Dr. Clancy. She is everything you want in a pediatrician - kind, patient and wonderful with kids. This was my second experience with the nurse we had yesterday and neither experience has been good. She is simply not friendly and doesn’t behave in a way that instills confidence in young patients. My son is 3 and hasn’t been for a well visit in 13 months. She spoke to him as if he were much older and didn’t take time to explain anything to him (for example pointing and saying “stand against the wall so I can get your height” without showing him what she meant or taking his pulse/blood pressure without first letting him know what she would be doing and that it wouldn’t hurt). She doesn’t seem like a “kid person” which is unfortunate when working with a pediatrician.
