Kylin is typically a patient of Dr. Johnson, but Dr. Anderson was very attentive. He was so he was just so nice and he was very well aware of Kylin's condition and he was very helpful. I felt as though I was working with Mr. Johnson with Dr. Johnson during this visit and I felt like we did not miss a beat and we have moved 40 minutes away from Wincent, but we still continue to come to Robin Hood Robin Hood Pediatrics and we will continue because the staff there is just so nice and so attentive and so professional.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this entire practice. Scheduling is always so easy and the entire team- administrative and clinical- is so friendly and accommodating. Every interaction I have ever had with this group has exceeded expectations.

I’m not sure what has happened with the quality and professionalism of ancillary staff. We’ve always LOVED nurses and CMA’s. First, I’m disappointed that I never interacted with a registered nurse (or even an LPN). Where are they? Lots of CMA’s working who were mostly pleasant but their appearance was not professional. Dirty, ratty scrubs (I feel like Novant could help them with this). It was also difficult to understand both of the staff we interacted with (I appreciate a diverse staff to be sure …this was more so poor grammar and a lack of confidence with the English language) and it just felt unlike the pediatric practice we have known and loved.

Guiding parents and their children through the challenges and illnesses of childhood is what drew Dr. Anderson to pediatrics. He finds it is a joy to watch children develop from childhood into successful young adults. Dr. Anderson moved to Winston-Salem for his residency and joined Novant Health in 2006. Dr. Anderson is a passionate University of Kentucky basketball fan. The only way he wears a Tar Heel shirt is if the Cats have lost to the Heels in their annual match up. Dr. Anderson, along with his wife and three children, are actively involved in their church and enjoy youth sports and gardening.
