I have been a patient of Dr Spitz for 21 years. He is always informative, thorough, and knowledgeable about my care since I became a patient of his 21 years ago after gastric bypass surgery. I would not consider changing to any other endocrinologist, even though I drive from Gastonia to Charlotte to see Dr Spitz.

Dr. Spitz and his team are always professional and prompt. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby. My concerns are addressed, and action is taken right away i.e ultrasound or labs. My US results are shared immediately with me, and the lab results are usually processed within the first 24 hours.

Dr Spitz and staff were great, as well as the phlebotomist I saw that day.

Glad you asked. Obviously, I am very appreciated of Dr. Spitz. His assistant, a nurse (whose name escapes me) is the absolute best nurse in the world. She knows me, remembers me, and brings great energy to the office everyday. She is wonderful. There is a tech or a representative who checks patients in, her finger nail polish matched the uniform. She is incredible as well. She connects with patients in such a great way, it just makes you feel that you are with the good part of the family. She is sincere, genuine & real nice. Between both of these ladies who work here, they make an appointment feel like a "break", so refreshing. We all have choices to be able to select our providers, and I choose the two I speak of, wherever they were to go, and whatever doctor they were to support, I too would go. I'm just hoping that you won't let neither have a reason to look, as they are truly special. Thank you
