Dr. Beauchamp is a dermatologist originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. She served as chief resident during her final year of residency and was an assistant professor at the University of Puerto Rico, where she trained dermatology residents. She also worked at the Veterans Affairs Hospital and had a private practice for 3 years. She has an interest in general medical dermatology and surgical dermatology with particular interests in skin cancer prevention, early detection and treatment. She also finds it greatly rewarding to manage chronic skin conditions like acne, rosacea and psoriasis. During her free time, Dr. Beauchamp enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband, Alex and their two daughters, Maia and Catalina.
