Community Voice members may
serve on an in-person council, become an e-advisor or apply for our product advisor program.
In-person councils meet every other month at many of our medical centers. These
advisors work closely with others to focus on projects that improve the patient
experience at each specific location.
E-advisors offer feedback by completing online questionnaires. Each month,
e-advisors are emailed 2-3 surveys asking for their input on a variety of
topics.
Product advisors can test prereleased products and provide us with feedback to help us improve the overall quality of those products.
