Welcome to Novant Health Go

Ways to participate

Community Voice advisors may serve on an in-person council, or become an e-advisor.

In-person councils meet every other month at many of our medical centers. These advisors work closely with others to focus on projects that improve the patient experience at each specific location.

E-advisors offer feedback by completing online questionnaires. Each month, e-advisors are emailed 2-3 surveys asking for their input on a variety of topics.
What is the purpose of the Community Voice?
To provide an opportunity for patients and loved ones to engage with Novant Health by providing input on important issues and sharing their experiences.
How much time will this take?
In-person councils meet once every other month. E-advisors receive 2-3 questionnaires each month and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
