Ways to participate

Community Voice members may serve on an in-person council, become an e-advisor or apply for our product advisor program.

In-person councils meet every other month at many of our medical centers. These advisors work closely with others to focus on projects that improve the patient experience at each specific location.

E-advisors offer feedback by completing online questionnaires. Each month, e-advisors are emailed 2-3 surveys asking for their input on a variety of topics.

Product advisors can test prereleased products and provide us with feedback to help us improve the overall quality of those products.

 What is the purpose of the Community Voice?
To provide an opportunity for patients and loved ones to engage with Novant Health by providing input on important issues and sharing their experiences.
 How much time will this take?
In-person councils meet once every other month. E-advisors receive 2-3 questionnaires each month, which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Product advisors are selected to participate in virtual or in-person usability sessions, which last for approximately 30 minutes to one hour.

Your feedback will be shared to help us improve the patient experience. Your input will help us better understand what our patients and their loved ones want and need from us.
