For instance, your insurance plan might only cover the cost of a test if you are experiencing symptoms and have had a known exposure, but not if you are getting tested for travel. If you received a non-rapid test at a Novant Health facility, you can check for your results on your MyChart account. If you test positive, you will also receive a call from your provider. If you do not have a MyChart account, you will receive a call with your test results.
