Orange nut whole wheat cake

1 1/4 c All purpose flour
1 c Whole wheat flour
1/2 c Splenda® brown sugar blend
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt substitute
1 c Orange juice
1/2 c Canola oil
1 tsp Orange peel, grated
1 Omega-3 egg
1/2 c Walnuts, chopped


1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Grease and flour 8 or 9-inch square pan.
3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except walnuts; beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
4. Stir in walnuts.
5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
