What to expect after you run a marathon

Running more than 26 miles can take its toll even on the fittest of athletes. Dr. Keith Anderson, medical director for the Novant Health Charlotte Marathon provides his advice on helping runners recover from the race. An avid runner himself, Anderson just completed the New York City Marathon.
