Your health is always our top priority. We’re taking extra steps to deliver the safest care possible, and we are humbled by the outpouring of support from our community in our fight against the coronavirus outbreak. Your generous gift will help us protect our clinical teams and ensure they remain at the forefront of care for people in our communities. There are several ways you can contribute, and no contribution is too small.
Every gift helps aid team members who are fighting on the front lines against the coronavirus pandemic. By giving to the Novant Health Foundation Disaster Relief Fund, you will provide support for healthcare workers, testing, patient care, medication and medical supplies.

We are extremely grateful to our community for making the safety of our team members and patients a priority during this difficult time. Novant Health is pleased to report that local manufacturing companies have stepped up to rapidly produce masks and face shields for us on a large scale. At this time, we are no longer in need of any additional donations.
We are also pleased to announce that Charlotte Regional Business Alliance has joined the cause and will facilitate support from manufacturers and the business community to help build up our supply of personal protective equipment. The Alliance, in partnership with Skookum, has developed a PPE match site that will be accessible to companies in the Carolinas. It will match the health care industry with manufacturers and manufacturers with suppliers. You can access this site at: Carolinas Alliance Match Site.
Our team members are going above and beyond to care for our communities during this time. If you want to donate nonmedical supplies to our organization, including nonrefrigerated food or snack items, contact us using the form below. If you would like to make a large-scale donation or receive a receipt, please tell us in your message.
At the moment, we are able to accept food donations that meet the following criteria:
Please note: All donations must be dropped off at the location you are assigned when your delivery is coordinated. When you bring your donation, if applicable, please notify us of when the food was removed from refrigeration.
The American Red Cross is urging healthy people to consider scheduling an appointment to donate blood. Giving blood is considered an essential community service. This means people in areas with stay-at-home orders can still donate. Blood donations are used in the treatment of many patients across the state, including at Novant Health.
If you have more questions, please visit the American Red Cross website.
Tell the healthcare workers in your community that you appreciate them. If you are able, please tie a purple ribbon to your front door, mailbox or porch rails to show your support for their important work. You can also encourage your friends and neighbors to participate. Take a photo of your ribbon and share it with us on Instagram by tagging @NovantHealth and adding #ThankYouNH to your post.
