Novant Health views supplier diversity as an important part of its diversity commitment. It is the intent of Novant Health to be an industry leader at providing historically underutilized businesses (suppliers and contractors): minority-owned (Black / African American, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, Alaskan Native or Pacific Islander), women-owned, disabled-owned and veteran-owned businesses the opportunity to participate in its procurement process at both Tier I and Tier II levels.

Novant Health has developed a supply chain reporting tool to provide insight into the diversity-spending activities of key corporate suppliers. As a Novant Health corporate supplier, your company is required to support our efforts of developing a diverse business environment for services, capital and clinical efforts by reporting downstream spending data relative to historically underutilized business utilization. Novant Health requires supplier diversity reporting of Tier II spending within 30 days of the close of each quarter.
