Planning a visit to the Cruiser?
- We require a parent or legal guardian to be present with the child receiving vaccinations.
- Please bring a copy of your child’s immunization record.
- Our program only provides immunization to children birth to 18.
- Children eligible for immunizations must be uninsured (no health insurance), have Medicaid or be Medicaid eligible.

Almost all sites are located on the bus line for easy access.
Hours of operation
The cruiser will see patients between the hours of 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m.
Children, newborn to age 18, will be seen on the cruiser. The cruiser is designed to meet the needs of the uninsured youth in the greater Charlotte area. Those who have full insurance coverage should continue to see their primary care physician.
