Dr. Bautista and his team are so wonderful. The nurse was someone different than we usually see, and she listened so intently. She even took her own notes to research some things we discussed just for her own growth. It was really heartwarming. And Dr. Bautista, as always, explained everything so well to me. He has a unique ability to make a difficult topic easier to understand. And he is so kind and caring. We are thrilled with our son's care.

Everyone on staff - from the front desk clerks & nurses to Dr. Bautista - went out of their way to make our visit pleasant. Dr. Bautista was very thorough with his questions and examination. He thoroughly explained everything that was relevant to why we were there and made sure we were comfortable with our understanding of what the next steps would be. He was very present in the time he spent with us. We didn’t feel like he was just trying to check us off and move on to the next patient.

It’s ALWAYS an amazing experience when we come here. From the moment we step inside to the moment we walk out the door. Truly amazing staff that really show you they care!! Love this facility!!
