The Joint Commission accreditation

Forsyth Medical Center has been fully accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC). To earn and maintain accreditation, we participate in extensive on-site reviews by a team of TJC healthcare professionals on a regular schedule.

National Stroke Care Certification

Forsyth Medical Center received the national Stroke Care Certification from The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). The designation is awarded to facilities that demonstrate excellence in healthcare quality and meet the strict national standards set by JCAHO and the American Stroke Association.

Magnet Nursing recognition
