Novant Health Village Point Family Medicine offers comprehensive primary care to babies, children and adults in Clemmons, North Carolina. Whether you are looking for acute care for an illness or injury, preventive care to keep yourself or your loved ones as healthy as possible, or help with a chronic medical condition, our providers are here for you. We offer appointments as early as 7:30 a.m. so you can get the care you need before heading to work or school, and offer many other primary care services in our clinic to make care as convenient as possible.
