Youth/high school program

Youth and High School athletes work in small groups with a performance specialists to increase their knowledge and understanding of athletic movement patterns and proper training techniques. Our programming creates a foundation of knowledge to increase overall coordination and athleticism while teaching appropriate health and nutrition to bolster the success of the athlete. Classes are fun, positive, engaging and safe environments for kids to explore their athletic potential.

Collegiate program

Collegiate athletes are challenged every day to perform at the highest levels against the best competition in the country. Our collegiate program offers support from performance specialists to help college athletes maximize their physical performance when they return to compete for their school. These programs focus on sport specific functional movements, building strength and endurance specific to each individuals needs and empowering the athlete with proper recovery techniques.

Nutrition

We believe nutrition should be simple. In fact, it may be easier to think in terms of fueling rather than eating. After all, we’re fueling our bodies for high performance. We fuel to perform, fuel to recover, and fuel to win — whether in sports or life. The way you fuel your body can make or break your performance. Our registered performance dietitian can help you achieve your overall health and fitness goals.

Aspects include:

  • One-on-one counseling.
  • Group education.
  • Off-site education to your location on the topic of your choice.

Sports medicine

Our onsite certified athletic trainer is a highly qualified, multi-skilled health care professional who collaborates with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. We also offer additional, cash-based services including:

  • Recovery Pump: Utilize our state of the art recovery pump to reduce muscle soreness, heartrate and blood pressure, improve muscle contraction capacity, decrease swelling and stiffness and relieve muscle fatigue.
  • Bridge Program: Continue your post-operative rehabilitative exercise program and strength training through the Bridge Program. Our Certified Athletic Trainer collaborates with your current healthcare provider to create a performance training program tailored to your unique health and fitness needs.
  • Concussion Return-to-Play program: If you have been diagnosed with a concussion and are required to complete a Gfeller-Waller return-to-play protocol, our team is here to help. Once you are symptom free (at rest and with cognitive stimulation such as reading and computer work), your physician may allow you to begin your return-to-play program. The step-by-step exertional protocol can be completed in as little as 4 consecutive days before returning to full sports participation.

Physical therapy

We offer rehabilitation for patients of all ages at our integrated rehabilitation center. Our services are on the leading edge of rehabilitation techniques and technology, and are designed with your needs in mind. We use the most advanced equipment and latest therapies to speed your recovery and get you back to your normal routine as soon as possible. We offer a variety of services including:

  • Dry Needling: Our facility offers dry needling performed by our onsite physical therapists. Dry needling is an effective rehabilitation intervention that uses a thin filiform needle to stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.
  • Manual Therapy: Our physical therapists perform manual therapy to evaluate and treat the orthopedic patient to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, restore movement, and maximize function.
