Appointments
If you are interested in receiving care at our office, please request a referral from your primary care provider. Returning patients can also use their MyChart accounts to set up an appointment.
New patients should arrive at least 15 minutes early for their visit. This will ensure that you have enough time to complete needed paperwork before seeing your doctor.
What to bring
- Your insurance card
- Your photo ID
- A list of the supplements and medications you regularly take
- Any previous scans you’ve had from clinics outside the Novant Health system
- A method of payment to cover the cost of your visit
