Additional services:
Novant Health SouthPark Family Physicians offers in-office blood draws with results available for selected tests during your office visit. We offer comprehensive immunizations including many immunizations needed for travel. In-office ultrasound is available for many musculoskeletal concerns. A Novant Health imaging center is located in the building offering same-day x-rays and mammograms and scheduled MRI’s, CT’s and ultrasounds.
