Do Carroll always goes this exyra mile and all the staff is courteous and helpful

Dr. Carroll and the entire staff are very professional and caring. I have met only sincerely helpful nurses, technicians and assistants in this office. He asks pertinent questions,listens carefully to my answers. He has a good bedside manner. Makes time for me to voice my concerns. He always lays out our clear plan of action before I leave. It may include instructions for my meds, behavior &/or a referral to specialists. I always leave encouraged and feel that my issues have been addressed. Thanks for asking.

Dr Carroll takes time to answer questions and talk things through without rushing.

This was as vanilla an appointment as possible as it was a routine annual physical with no significant issues to address. I do appreciate how on-time and quickly it moved, though.
