COVID-19 information and resources: Learn more or call 877‑9NOVANT

So that we can gather necessary information before your first visit, we ask that you get a referral from your primary care provider or another provider involved in your care. We will contact you to schedule your appointment after we receive that referral.

If you are a current patient and need to schedule a follow-up visit, you can use MyChart or open scheduling on our provider page to schedule online anytime. You can also call our office during office hours and we will schedule an appointment for you.

We are open all holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

If you ever feel you might harm yourself or someone else, or you are concerned a loved one could harm himself or someone else, call 911 or head to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact our Outpatient Assessment Center at 800-718-3550.
