Our services

Novant Health Psychiatric Associates – Randolph brings together a team of providers dedicated to delivering high-quality care for psychiatric conditions and mental health disorders. We understand how difficult it can be to reach out for the help needed by you or a loved one, and we work to deliver that care with all the compassion, respect and confidentiality you deserve.

Our providers understand that many factors can bring on mental health concerns and psychiatric disorders, including genetics, hormones, medications and negative life events. Your providers will work with you to understand not just your symptoms but any underlying concerns so together you can develop the treatment plan that is right for you.

Our mental health providers address psychiatric problems including:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Schizophrenia
  • Mood disorders

Our services include:

  • Psychiatric evaluation and treatment
  • Medication management
  • Clinical social work assessment
  • Individual therapy
  • Child and adolescent psychiatry
  • Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS; a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate certain areas of the brain; can be used to relieve depression)
  • Outpatient electroconvulsive therapy (ECT; a procedure in which seizures are electrically induced in the brain to relieve depression and other mental health disorders)

If you need any prescription medications refilled, please allow at least three business days. Contact us at least one week in advance for refills of controlled substances, as these prescriptions often need to be mailed to you, or you will need to pick up a hard copy of your prescription in our office. When contacting us, please leave only one message a day, as more messages can cause additional delays in processing requests for you and other patients.

If you need any forms completed or letters written for your employer or school, please understand those cannot be completed during your initial visit. Allow seven days for our office to complete those requests. You might be asked to complete a consent form or pay a small processing fee for forms and letters. Our clinic will contact you when any necessary paperwork is complete.

If you need medical records released, you will need to complete a records release form, and a nominal fee could be charged. Please allow at least 30 business days for the release of any records.

If you have an outstanding balance due to our clinic or to the Novant Health Centralized Billing Office, you might be required to pay that balance or reschedule your appointment. Direct any billing questions to our customer service contact center at 844-266-8268.
