If you have a mental health disorder or psychiatric concern, you can rely on our clinic for remarkable mental health care. Our providers respect how difficult it can be to seek out mental health care for yourself or a loved one. We work to deliver that care as quickly as possible, and with the compassion and respect you deserve.

Our team understands that mental health concerns can be brought on by genetics, hormones, medications or negative life events. We will work to understand the cause or causes of your concerns, as well as how your current condition is affecting you and those closest to you. Then, you will work with your providers to determine what unique treatment plan is best for you.

Our mental health providers address psychiatric problems including:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Schizophrenia
  • Mood disorders

Our services include:

  • Psychiatric evaluation and treatment
  • Medication management
  • Clinical social work assessment
  • Individual therapy
  • Child and adolescent psychiatry
  • Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS; a noninvasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate certain areas of the brain; can be used to relieve depression)

Outpatient electroconvulsive therapy (ECT; a procedure in which seizures are electrically induced in the brain to relieve depression and other mental health disorders)

Allow at least three business days for routine medication refills, and contact us at least one week in advance for refills of controlled substances, as these prescriptions often need to be mailed to you, or you will need to pick up a hard copy of your prescription in our office. When contacting us, please leave only one message a day, as more messages can cause additional delays in processing requests for you and other patients.

For any forms you need completed or letters you need written for your employer or school, allow at least seven days for our office to complete your request. These forms and letters cannot be completed during your first visit. Please note: you may need to complete a consent form or pay a small processing fee for forms and letters. Our clinic will contact you when any necessary paperwork is complete.

For the release of medical records, you will need to complete a records release form and a nominal fee could be charged. Please allow at least 30 business days for the release of any records.

If you have an outstanding balance due to our clinic or to the Novant Health Centralized Billing Office, you might be required to pay that balance or reschedule your appointment. Direct any billing questions to our customer service contact center at 844-266-8268.
