The pulmonology specialists at Novant Health Pediatric Pulmonology – Midtown have devoted their careers to diagnosing and managing breathing problems in children from birth to age 18. Your care team will use advanced diagnostic tools, including flexible bronchoscopy, to assess your child’s lungs and airways. They will listen to you and your child to understand your concerns and the symptoms you have seen. Then, we work with you to develop a treatment or management plan that is right for your family.

Conditions we treat include:

  • Apnea of prematurity (breathing problems in premature infants)
  • Asthma
  • Aerodigestive problems (reflux, dysphagia and aspiration)
  • Bronchiectasis (permanent enlargement in parts of the airways)
