Appointments
You can start your recovery right now by scheduling an appointment with a provider in our clinic, either by calling us during office hours or scheduling online anytime using MyChart or through our physician finder.
New patients
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first appointment. Bring with you:
- Your photo ID
- Your insurance card, or the insurance card covering your child if your child is the patient
- Your method of copayment or payment in full
- A list of any medications you are currently taking, including over-the-counter medicines or supplements, or any medications your child is currently taking if your child is the patient
- Any recent test results from outside the Novant Health network
- Any forms you have completed ahead of time using the links below
