Appointments
If you would like to schedule an appointment with a member of our team, please call our office during business hours. We also offer walk-in visits for orthopedic injuries that require immediate attention.
What to bring
If this will be your first time at our clinic and you have scheduled an appointment, please arrive at least 15 minutes early. This will give you time to complete paperwork before seeing a provider.
- A list of the medications you take regularly, including vitamins
- A form of payment
- A photo ID
- Scans from previous visits outside of the Novant Health system
