Appointments
To schedule an appointment with Novant Health Neurology & Sleep – Bermuda Run, use MyChart online or call us during regular office hours.
You do not need a referral to visit our clinic. However, your insurance plan might require a referral from your primary care doctor for your visit to be covered. Check with your insurance provider before scheduling your appointment if you are concerned about coverage.
New patients
New patients will receive a patient packet with directions to our clinic, as well as forms that need to be completed. The forms will be available in our office if you are unable to complete them in advance.

- A list of any medications you are currently taking
- Forms sent to you in preparation for your visit
