Every issue I have was addressed. Listened to my concerns. Laid out pros and cons and allowed me to make my own decisions. Took care of setting up appts or having someone to call ME to set up the appt off campus. (nice!). When I leave the office, I feel like all the bases were covered and I am confident I have been well taken care of!
