Novant Health Kernersville Family Medicine offers primary care to babies, children and adults of all ages. Our providers focus on family medicine, meaning that you and your loved ones can all get care from the same team of providers. These providers will get to you know not just as patients, but as people. They will look for ways to keep you as healthy as possible, and help you feel better quickly should you become ill. And, they will also identify ways for you and those closest to you to support each other in your efforts to lead healthy, active lives.
We encourage our patients to see us for regular preventive care. These appointments are excellent opportunities for you to get to know your provider, and for your provider to identify small problems before they become larger concerns.
