Integrative medicine adds more healing therapies to cancer care

At Novant Health, integrative medicine adds important services for patients and families after a cancer diagnosis. Within our oncology program, integrative medicine encourages physical healing and emotional health.

In our clinic, you will partner with experts to set meaningful wellness goals that support successful treatment, reduce and manage side effects such as fatigue or pain, and help lower your risk of future illness. Your care team can provide guidance for optimal nutrition and the safe, proper use of vitamins and supplements. You will have access to healing therapies that can be used safely alongside conventional medical care. Acupuncture, yoga, massage therapy and mind-body techniques like meditation and clinical hypnosis are examples of services available.

Our clinic is conveniently located on the campus of Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in southwestern Winston-Salem, close to interstates 40 and 74, and U.S. Highway 52.
