Managing your health can be complicated. Getting the medical care and support services you deserve should not be. Novant Health Infectious Disease Specialists - Charlotte aims to give you the resources you need to plan for and pay for your care as well as tools to make educated decisions about your health.
You will need a referral to be seen by a provider at Novant Health Infectious Disease Specialists - Charlotte.
You can reach us anytime using MyChart, or by calling during our normal business hours. After-hours calls are handled by a triage team and will be directed to your provider as needed.
What to bring
Bring with you to your first appointment:
- A photo ID.
- Your insurance card.
- Your method of copayment or payment in full if your visit is not covered.
- Any medications you are currently taking, including over-the-counter medications.
- Any recent tests or medical records in your possession that could be relevant to your care. If you have been referred by another physician, we will work to get relevant records before your visit.
New patients
We welcome new patients at Novant Health Infectious Disease Specialists - Charlotte. Please note that you need a referral to be seen in our office. A release form may need to be completed to allow our providers access to any related health information that could be relevant to your care.
