I really like and trust Dr. Pu. I hope I will hear from the scheduler about my procedure soon. I feel that I need to move along with this for the sake of my health and safety but the wait time has been running longer for each appointment than is desirable. Navigating the scheduling process is not easy. I'm concerned that the scheduler will call when I'm not at home where my calendar is and if I have to call her back I might not get an answer. Scheduling is the hardest and least pleasant part of most doctor visits. It needs attention and revision.
