Appointments
We look forward to having you visit our office. A limited number of same-day appointments are available if you currently receive care from one of our heart specialists and have an urgent medical need. Call our office during business hours to schedule an appointment. Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Established patients may also use MyChart to schedule your appointments.
When you arrive, please note that the Adbel Plaza building is also home to a different clinic, Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute - Matthews, which is a department of Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center and is located on the first floor. You will find our office on the second floor in suite 212.
What to bring
Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for your first visit. Our office is on the second floor. Please have these items ready when you check in:
- Insurance and prescription cards, and photo ID
- List of your medications, including dosage and frequency of use
- Copay or payments toward your deductible
