You do not need an appointment to see a provider in our clinic. Just come in and you’ll be seen on a first come, first served basis. If you want to skip the wait, you can use Hold My Place to save your spot in line.

What to bring
We welcome new and returning patients. Bring to your visit:
- Your photo ID
- Your insurance card
- Your copayment if using insurance, or payment in full
- A list of any medications you are currently taking, including name and dosage
- Any physical exam or other forms you want us to complete
- Any patient forms you have completed ahead of time
