  • General nutrition education

These classes are available to anyone in the community who wants to learn how to eat better and add more activity to their life. All ages are welcome.

  • Diabetes self-management program

If you or your child is looking for help managing your blood sugar level, our team can assist you. We offer group and one-on-one sessions designed to teach methods that can help you control your diabetes.

  • Help with diabetes technology

We are available to help you upgrade your insulin pump or glucose sensor. If you would like to link your new sensor or pump to a smartphone or personal device, we can assist with that as well.
