I have always had a passion for helping people and feel I can make a difference by giving my patients the high-quality medical care they need.
My role is not to teach and tell my patients what to do. Rather, it is to listen to my patient's needs so we can work together to come up with a plan that is achievable and appropriate for each individual. I want my patients to know that I will fully support them throughout their journey to better health.
My father was in the military, so I grew up in many places. I spent most of my childhood, however, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, where my parents still reside. I moved to the Winston-Salem area to complete an internship in dietetics, and I have been here ever since. I enjoy spending lots of time with my husband and my cat. My hobbies include drawing, writing and cross-stitching.
