Novant Health Cotton Grove Family Medicine is here for you in every stage of life. From childhood checkups and vaccines to annual adult physicals, as well as help with chronic medical conditions, our providers work to help you stay well or to get better quickly should you become sick.
Establishing a relationship with a provider in our office provides you with a continuity of care. Getting to know you when you are well gives us a chance to identify potential health concerns before they become larger problems.
