Sarah Shore transitioned to family medicine after spending much of her career as an intensive care nurse, which allowed her to see the important role primary care providers play in keeping their patients well. As a nurse practitioner, Shore enjoys building relationships and educating her patients and their families. She is passionate about empowering her patients to take an active role in their health by providing education and encouragement so they can have the best possible quality of life. When not in the office with her patients, Shore enjoys spending time with her husband, children and two dogs. She also loves to cook, travel and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
