Appointments
Contact your child’s primary care provider to request an evaluation for your child at Novant Health Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Medicine – Kimel Park. Once we have received that request, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Call our office, or use MyChart or open scheduling through our Physician Finder, to schedule follow-up visits.
We are open all holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

What to bring
- Your photo ID
- Insurance card covering your child
- Your method of copayment, or payment in full if your child’s visit will not be covered by insurance
- Any medications your child is currently taking, including over-the-counter vitamins and supplements
