Service was so outstanding! I was referred by family physician. My contact number passed along to your office was an old work number so I missed a pre office call but was no fault of theirs. Everyone I encountered was professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The PA, Ms Jessica was attentive and spot on with the diagnosis. I read up in the medical terminology once home and it was the exact symptoms I was having, down to the T. I called on my way to say I had ran into stalled traffic on 485 and again on I77. They checked with PA and she said come in anyway. I was late for the appointment, had not Pre registered due to incorrect info provided to your office, and regardless of all that, they could not have been kinder. They all pulled together sharing how to find the parking deck, processing my information and in the exam room. Such professional, knowledgeable support at this Charlotte location. This is a lot of feedback I know but want to acknowledge every single person responsible for the helpfulness with my appointment. Please share my appreciation with your staff.
