Novant Health Chair City Family Medicine provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Our providers care for both individuals and multiple generations of families, allowing us to get to know our patients and the people closest to them. This helps us better understand you as a person, not just a patient, as well as your lifestyle and health goals. We provide comprehensive primary care to keep you as healthy as possible and help you feel better quickly should you become sick. We are also here to complete exams required for participation in school or a sport.

- Well-child checkups

- School and sports physicals
- Annual physicals
- Gynecologic exams, including Pap tests and pelvic exams
- Contraception (birth control) counseling and prescriptions
- Dermatologic care
- Annual flu shots
- Minor surgical care, including sutures and wart removal
We are pleased to offer many diagnostic tests and procedures in our clinic. These allow your provider to get needed information quickly and make it easy for you to get many needed services without traveling to another location. These tests and procedures include:
- Electrocardiogram (EKG; a test to monitor heart function)
- Vision tests
- Hearing tests
- Pulmonary function testing (to measure lung function)
- Chest X-rays
