Felt very comfortable with Dr. RHINEHART. I was very surprised when he came out to the waiting room himself to bring me back to examine room. Great staff.

Office and Dr Rhinehart always Courteous and Professional. At ease In the Office and they really do care about your health.

Dr. Rhinehart was knowledgeable with regards to cardiology. He explained my EKG, he reviewed my history, he gave an assessment and explained how he came to his assessment. As is true with a lot of doctors, he seemed less sure about spontaneous spinal CSF leaks and IIH both of which have an impact on my past cardio history and my current cardio care. One common point that seems to be true in a lot of the Novant’s waiting rooms, there are no longer signs regarding no cellphones while waiting. It’s too bad that people can’t regulate themselves and not play videos or talk on their cellphones while in the waiting rooms but that doesn’t mean that it should be allowed. It’s bad enough to have to listen to others’ noise when you feel good but when you feel unwell, it can be a real struggle.

Dr Rhinehart was very approachable and explained all facets of my medical difficulties and future care.

Professional and courteous,some of the greatest staff I've ever encountered. Focusing on my needs and willing to help with any questions or issues that I might have! I felt I was in great care and like I was family instead of a patient.
